MEASUREMENT GUIDE
(SUBMISSION RULES & RESPONSIBILITY)
Last Updated: January 2026
1) WHY THIS MATTERS
Our gowns are made to order based on the measurements you submit. Accurate measurements are the foundation of a premium outcome.
2) REQUIRED MEASUREMENT STANDARD
2.1 Use our required list. You must submit all measurements requested for your specific gown style.
2.2 Units. Submit measurements in the unit requested (cm or inches). Mixing units may invalidate your submission.
2.3 Accuracy rule. Measurements must be taken with a soft measuring tape, snug but not tight, without adding “comfort margin” unless instructed.
3) WHO SHOULD MEASURE YOU
Best practice: be measured by a professional tailor/atelier. Self-measurements materially increase error risk.
4) SUBMISSION CHECKLIST (RECOMMENDED)
- Wear thin clothing or undergarments similar to what you plan to wear
- Stand naturally (do not “suck in”)
- Measure twice; if values differ, measure a third time
- Submit notes on heel height preference, bust support preference, and event date
5) PHOTOS / OPTIONAL SUPPORT
We may request optional reference photos (front/side/back) to help identify measurement inconsistencies. Such requests do not transfer responsibility to us and are used only to reduce risk.
6) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY (STRICT)
6.1 Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of measurements and fit notes submitted.
6.2 Incorrect measurements are not a defect. Fit issues caused by incorrect or incomplete measurements do not constitute a manufacturing defect and do not create a refund right.
6.3 Delays. If you delay providing measurements or clarification, delivery timelines may be affected. Timeline impacts caused by late submission do not create a refund right.
7) MEASUREMENT CONFIRMATION (ORDER CONFIRMED)
Once you confirm your measurements/specifications and your order is marked Order Confirmed, production planning is locked. Changes after this point may be denied or may require fees and timeline extensions.
8) LOCAL TAILORING EXPECTATION
Minor local tailoring is common in couture. We recommend planning time for a local fitting and tailoring prior to your event date.
